Cleaning in Odense
Cleaning for offices, clinics, institutions, housing associations and private homes in and around Odense – with over 40 years of experience
If you are looking for cleaning in Odense, Schmidts Rengøring can help with both regular cleaning and larger specialist jobs. We have been cleaning for over 40 years, and we drive out from our base at Egelykke 3 in Sønderborg to the whole Region of Southern Denmark – including Funen. In Odense we cover everything from the city centre to Bellinge, Dalum and Hjallese, and outside the municipality we drive to Munkebo and Otterup, among others.
Odense is Denmark's third-largest city, which means many kinds of jobs: offices and clinics in the city centre and along the light rail, education and research around the university and the hospital, tech and robotics companies in the business districts, shops and large residential areas with many stairwells. To the north-east lies Lindø Industrial Park in Munkebo with large production halls.
We put together an agreement that suits your premises, with regular staff, one contact person and a quality system that maintains the standard. We also handle window cleaning up to 29 metres high without a lift, high-pressure cleaning with hot water, cleaning of genuine rugs and construction site cleaning.

With our Dynajet 500TH – up to 500 bar and 95 °C hot water – we remove algae and moss from tiles, terraces and façades, chewing gum from pavements and schoolyards, and oil from car parks. Without chemicals and with a free assessment.
Cleaning of genuine rugs
Persian, oriental and kilim rugs as well as wool and silk rugs are cleaned gently according to their fibres and colours. We collect and deliver in the Odense area, and you get a free assessment before we start.
Cleaning robots
We sell eufy robot vacuums, floor washers and combi machines that you can buy or rent. The robot can run in the shop or office after closing time or keep the floors clean at home. We deliver, set it up and give instructions.
Construction site cleaning
When new buildings are built or renovated in Odense, we tidy up along the way, sort and dispose of construction waste and do the thorough final cleaning, so the building is ready for handover on time.
Facility service
Cleaning, maintenance of green areas and car parks, and winter service with snow clearing and gritting in one agreement. One contact person and one invoice – practical for commercial properties and companies with several buildings.

Do you also cover Munkebo, Kerteminde and Otterup?

Can our housing association get regular stairwell cleaning and window cleaning?
Yes. We clean stairs and stairwells and clean windows up to 29 metres high without a lift – weekly, monthly or quarterly. With facility service you can also combine green areas and winter service with snow clearing and gritting in the same agreement.
Can I get a tax deduction (servicefradrag) for home cleaning?
The rules for the Danish service deduction are set by the Danish Tax Agency and can change from year to year – both which services are covered and how large the deduction is. Check the current rules on skat.dk, and feel free to mention the deduction when you ask for a quote for private home cleaning.
