Cleaning in Kolding
Cleaning company for businesses, institutions, housing associations and private homes throughout Kolding Municipality – with over 40 years of experience
If you need cleaning in Kolding, you can get an experienced cleaning company that knows the Triangle Region. Schmidts Rengøring has cleaned for businesses, institutions and private homes for over 40 years. We drive out from our base at Egelykke 3 in Sønderborg, and Kolding is one of the cities we cover in the Region of Southern Denmark – from the city centre and the harbour to Christiansfeld, Lunderskov and Vamdrup.
Kolding lies where the E45 and E20 meet, and you can see it in the business community: trade, transport and logistics companies with warehouses and shift teams, offices and headquarters in the business districts, the shops around Kolding Storcenter and in the pedestrian streets below Koldinghus, and a large educational environment with Design School Kolding and SDU. Each type of premises needs its own plan, and we put it together with you.
In addition to regular cleaning, we handle window cleaning up to 29 metres high without a lift, high-pressure cleaning with hot water, cleaning of genuine rugs and construction site cleaning. You can also rent our machines or buy a cleaning robot – all from one supplier with one contact person.
Our services in Kolding
From the warehouse and the office to the stairwell and the home
Commercial cleaning
Offices, showrooms, shops, clinics and warehouses in Kolding get a fixed agreement that follows your operations. If you work in shifts, we can clean early in the morning, in the evening, at night or at weekends. Our quality system ensures the same standard every time.
Private home cleaning
Regular weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning or handover cleaning – in the city-centre flat, the terraced house in Seest or the villa in Christiansfeld. All staff have clean criminal records and have signed a confidentiality agreement.
Window cleaning and stairwell cleaning
We clean glass façades on headquarters and high windows in apartment buildings with a pure-water system and telescopic poles up to 29 metres high without a lift or ladder. Housing associations can get regular stairwell cleaning weekly, monthly or quarterly.
High-pressure cleaning with hot water
Our Dynajet 500TH works with up to 500 bar and 95 °C hot water. It removes oil and rubber from loading ramps and car parks, and algae and moss from tiles, terraces and façades – without chemicals. The on-site assessment is free.
Cleaning of genuine rugs
Persian, oriental and kilim rugs as well as wool and silk rugs are cleaned gently with a method suited to their fibres and colours. We collect the rug in the Kolding area and bring it back when it is clean. You get a free assessment first.
Cleaning robots
Buy or rent a robot vacuum, floor washer or combi machine from eufy. In the shop or office the robot can run after closing time, and at home it keeps the floors clean between cleanings. We deliver, set it up and show you how to use it.
Construction site cleaning
When homes and commercial buildings are built in the Kolding area, we tidy up along the way, sort and dispose of construction waste and do the thorough final cleaning, so the building is ready for handover on time.
Facility service
Combine cleaning, maintenance of green areas and car parks, and winter service with snow clearing and gritting in one agreement. One contact person and one invoice – practical for commercial properties and companies with large outdoor areas.
Machine rental
Would you rather handle the cleaning of the warehouse or workshop yourselves? Rent an industrial vacuum cleaner, floor washer, floor scrubber or hot-water extractor. The machines are freshly serviced, you get instructions, and we arrange delivery in Kolding with you.
